MTi is involved in the Ressource Parisienne en Bioinformatique Structurale (RPBS), a plateform for structural bioinformatics.

RPBS is a consortium involving several teams at Paris, and is intended as a media for the deployment and integration of structural bioinformatics software, and a freely accessible resource for the analysis and modeling of protein structure and function.
